| There are 3 ways to do this:
1. Manual configuration.
Log on to www.celcom.com.my OR call our Careline for personalised service.
2. Over-the-Air (OTA) Configuration via Web.
* Log on to www.celcom.com.my, then click on the OTA link.
* Select the brand of your mobile phone.
* Enter your mobile number.
* You will receive 6 messages altogether.
* Save/Install all 6 settings.
3. Over-the-Air (OTA) Configuration via SMS.
* Go to Write Message.
* Type gprspre (for prepaid) send to 91000
* Type gprspost (for postpaid) send to 91000
* You will receive 6 messages altogether.
* Save/Install all 6 settings. |

What are the charges for downloading the Java games? |

| Registration fee is RM1.00 to use this service. However, you will be charged according to the contents downloaded. Please refer to the game download info for individual game charges. Do note that in addition to the content charges, you will also be charged the WAP/GPRS air time rates if you log on to WAP/GPRS to view and/or download the contents. |

How do I install and play the game once I have downloaded for it? |

| This depends on the type of phone you have:
Nokia: After downloading the game, go to the 'Games' menu, then select the game you downloaded. If the game is not in the Games menu, it may be located in the Applications menu.
Sharp: After downloading the game, go to My Phone-> My Java Games-> Saved Games menu. Then select the game you downloaded
Siemens: After downloading the game, go to the folder where you stored the game by clicking on 'Surf / Fun' and 'Java' and the name of the folder and application you specified during download. |

What shall I do if "download fail" after confirmed on the charging? |

| User may go to the same game and perform retry. 3 retries will be allowed for each MSISDN within 24 hours. Retries will not be charged again and it will be automatically expired after 24 hours. |
